1. Order Processing

All orders placed through our website, www.wholesaleshopinc.com, are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Order processing includes several stages: payment verification, inventory check, packaging, and labeling. We prioritize orders based on the time of payment confirmation, with orders confirmed earlier in the day receiving processing priority. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we strive to maintain our standard processing timeframe.
Note Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) are considered received on the next business day. For example, an order placed at 3:00 PM on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.
We employ a rigorous quality control process to ensure that all orders are accurately fulfilled. Each item is carefully inspected before packaging to guarantee it meets our quality standards. Our warehouse staff follows detailed checklists to verify product specifications, quantities, and condition before shipment.

Our quality assurance process includes three checkpoints: initial item inspection, packaging verification, and final shipment review. This ensures that only perfect products leave our facility.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your business needs and budget considerations. All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order leaves our facility.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method provides an economical solution for non-urgent deliveries. This service is handled by reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the package size, weight, and destination. Delivery timelines vary based on destination but generally follow the timeframes outlined in Section 3.
Expedited Shipping
For time-sensitive orders, we offer expedited shipping options at additional fees. These include 2-Day Air and Next-Day Air services for domestic shipments, and Express services for international orders. Expedited shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You can view the exact shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase.
Important Carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., customs inspections, weather events, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or global health crises) may affect delivery estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery dates when using expedited services during periods of carrier disruption.
White Glove Delivery Service
For large, fragile, or high-value items, we offer specialized white glove delivery service. This premium option includes inside delivery, placement in the room of your choice, unpacking, and debris removal. Additional fees apply for this service, and it must be requested at the time of order placement.
3. Delivery Timeframes
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, the following timeframes are general guidelines rather than guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
Domestic Shipments (Within the United States)
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch from our warehouse. Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch. Next Day Air: Next business day delivery when ordered before 2:00 PM MT (some restrictions apply based on destination).
Please note that deliveries to remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require additional transit time. For these locations, add 3-5 business days to the standard delivery estimates.
International Shipments
Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days after dispatch, depending primarily on customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Express International Shipping: 3-10 business days after dispatch.
Note International shipments may be subject to customs delays, import taxes, duties, and fees which are the responsibility of the recipient. These additional charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the international buyer directly to the carrier or customs authority.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the following countries and regions: United States(eliminate remote and sensitive areas*) or other major countries and regions.
Some product categories have specific shipping restrictions:
- Hazardous materials (including certain chemicals, batteries, and flammable items) may have shipping restrictions based on destination.
- Perishable goods require expedited shipping and are only available for domestic destinations.
- High-value items (those with a value exceeding $1,000) require signature confirmation upon delivery.
- Some technology products with encryption capabilities may have export restrictions to certain countries.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address that we deem potentially fraudulent or problematic. This includes but is not limited to freight forwarders, addresses with multiple conflicting records, and addresses that have been associated with fraudulent activity in the past.
5. Important Notes for Customers
Address Accuracy
Please double-check both billing and shipping addresses before submitting your order. Incorrect addresses may cause significant delays (7+ business days) as packages may need to be rerouted or returned to us before reshipment. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International buyers are responsible for all local taxes, duties, customs fees, and brokerage charges. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. The amount of these fees varies by country and is determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent via email once your order leaves our facility. The email will include the carrier name, tracking number, and a link to track your package online. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

6. Handling Delays and Issues
Despite our best efforts and those of our carrier partners, occasional delays and issues may occur. We are committed to resolving any shipping problems as quickly as possible.
Contact us immediately if you experience any of the following situations:
- Tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package.
- Your package appears damaged upon delivery.
- There are no tracking updates for 5+ business days after shipment.
- Your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
- You receive incorrect, damaged, or incomplete items.
Important Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept claims for concealed damage reported more than 7 days after delivery.
7. Policy Flexibility and Changes
To provide the best possible service, we reserve the right to:
- Split shipments when items are not all available at the same time. In such cases, we will not charge additional shipping fees for the multiple shipments.
- Adjust carriers or services without prior notice to ensure timely delivery or to accommodate changing circumstances.
- Hold shipments during extreme weather events to prevent packages from being damaged or delayed in transit.
- Require additional verification for high-value orders or orders shipping to addresses different from the billing address.
While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery dates, all shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
